    • MRS. M. E. ARMSTRONG HAS PASSED TO REST WAS AN ESTEEMED RESIDENT OF LINWOOD

      On Wednesday, 2nd of March, 1921 Mrs. Margaret Ellen Armstrong, wife of Mr. William Armstrong passed to eternal rest at Hamilton, Ont. The deceased lady had been ill for two years. She was in her 64th year. Mr. and Mrs. Armstrong had not had any children. Her husband and three sisters survive her. The sisters are: Mrs. Robert Milner of Wellesley, Mrs. David Kells of Peel and Mrs. Louis Price of Simcoe. Her funeral was held on Saturday afternoon from the home of her sister, Mrs. Robert Milner, of the 13th concession of Wellesley. After service at the house, conducted by Rev. H. Watts of Linwood, interment to a place in the Millbank cemetery. Many sorrowing friends and acquaintances paid their last respects to Mrs. Armstrong's memory by attending her funeral. Mrs. Armstrong had been a lifelong resident of Linwood and was a member of the Methodist church. She was of a quiet reserved mature but all who possessed her friendship esteemed her for the many good qualities. The sympathy of the district goes out to the bereaved relatives in their bereavement.
