    • Catherine Shoemaker, "the youngest of George Shoemaker's daughters, was born February 12th, 1815, and came to Canada with her parents in 1829. On September 22nd, 1833, she was married to Richard Haste who was born September 15th, 1809, and died September 12th, 1876. They had a family of twelve children... All of this family reside in the West, Indiana and Illinois."
