  Mrs. Henry Heimpel BADEN. On Wednesday afternoon about five o'clock death claimed the life of an esteemed resident of this village in the person of Mrs. Henry Heimpel. Although not always enjoying the best of health, her fatal illness of pneumonia had only been for a period of six days. The late Mrs. Heimpel, whose maiden name was Margaret Huehn, was born at Heidelberg on March 3rd, 1862. On March 16, 1886 she was united in marriage to Mr. Henry Heimpel at the home of her parents at Heidelberg. There is left to mourn the loss of a loving wife and mother, the sorrowing husband and two children, namely, Mrs. Clayton Miller of Baden and Mr. Oscar Heimpel of Kitchener. One son, Mr. Allan predeceased nis mother. One sister, Katy of Wellesley and two brothers, Mr. John Huehn of Iowa and Mr. Henry Huehn of Kitchener also survive. The deceased lady was a Lutheran in religion and funeral services will be held on Saturday afternoon. There will be a private service at the house at 2 o'clock with a public service in St. James Lutheran Church at 2.30 p.m. Rev. G. R. Schultz, pastor of the church, will be the officiating clergyman and following the funeral rites burial will take place in Fairmount Cemetery. Waterloo Chronicle 28 Oct 1938, p. 3
