      WELLESLEY.\emdash Ill for the past three years, Daniel K. Leis, 76, died at his home here Thursday. Deceased was born in Wellesley township in 1803. He was a member of the third line Maple View Amish Mennonite church. Surviving are his wife, four sons, Christian of Tavistock, Samuel and Peter of Kingwood, Ezra of Wellesley, one daughter, Mrs. Aaron Jantzi of Wellesley, three brothers, Menno of Wilmot, Jacob of Wellesley and Solomon of Baden, 19 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The funeral was held on Sunday.

      In Loving Memory Passed Away At Wellesley, on Thursday, December 21st, 1939 Daniel K. Leis Aged 76 years, 4 months and 12 days. The Funeral Will be held privately at his late residence on Sunday, Dec. 24th, at 9.30 a.m., followed by public services at Maple View A.M. Church. Interment in adjoining cemetery. We miss him, oh how sadly None but aching hearts can tell We have lost him, heaven has found him, Our dear Father doeth all things well.
