WELLESLEY\emdash George John Dietz of Wellesley died Friday at K-W Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was 67.
Son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Dietz, he was born May 18, 1901 at Wellesley. He had been a tinsmith at Zettel's hardware for 50 years.
Mr. Dietz was a member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church, and the Lutheran Laymen's League.
He was predeceased by his first wife, Catherine Heimpel, two brothers and two sisters.
Surviving are his second wife, Lauchena Blue whom he married July 6, 1966; a son, William J. Dietz of Wellesley, and a daughter, Mrs. George (Anna) Daer of Clinton.
The body will be at the Futher Funeral Home until noon Monday when removal will be made to St. Paul's Church for service at 2:30 p.m. Rev. Irwin Pudrycki will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
