  J. Kennel Rites Held In Arizona CROGHAN - The funeral for Jonas Kennel, former resident of Croghan, who died Jan. 26 in Phoenix, Ariz., was held Jan. 29 in Phoenix. Burial was in East Resthaven Park Cemetery, Phoenix. Born in Wellesley, Ont., 1889, son of Joseph and Anna Kennel, he married Marian Farney, daughter of the late David and Rebecca Farney, Croghan, 47 years ago. They operated a farm on the Croghan-Belfort road until they moved to Arizona. Mr. Kennel was also employed as night watchman at Beaverite, Inc., Beaver Falls. Besides his widow, he is survived by four sons, Richard, Evans Mills, David and Daniel, both of Phoenix, Joseph, Copenhagen; four daughters, Mrs. Urban (Anita) Peachy, Mrs. Bruce (Mary Carol) Isles, Mrs. Mark (Dorothy)Griffin, all of Phoenex; two brothers, Azor, Sarasota, Fla., and Al, of Canada; 34 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
