Mary Ann Kabel, 90, buried at Hartford
HARTFORD-Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at the Calvin Funeral home for Mrs. Conrad (Mary Ann) Kabel, who died Thursday morning at a South Haven rest home. She had been ill for several years.
Mrs. Kabel was born in Ontario and in 1905 married Conrad Kabel in Bangor township. They farmed in Webster Hills for many years. He died in 1962.
Mrs. Kabel is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Hammond and Mrs. Marshall Minshall, both of Hartford; two sons, George of Hartford, and Earl of Lawrence; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and a brother, Herbert of Ontario.
