- WILLIAM SEFTEL
William Seftel brother of Mrs. Leslie (Adline) Binkley of New Hamburg, died Tues., Nov. 12 at Coutts Pavilion, Freeport, at the age of 73.
Mr. Seftel was born in Wilmot Township and had lived in the Doon area for 35 years. He was employed for a number of years with the Otto Homuth Co. and the Pattison Woollen Mills in Preston. He was later employed at the Pioneer Village.
The deceased was a member of St. Perer's Lutheran Church in Preston.
Surviving, besides Mrs. Binkley, are his wife, the former Florence Warner; two daughters, Irene S. and Mrs. Lloyd (Beatrice) Bechtel of Doon and two grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Friday at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, with committal service held at Preston Park Lawn Memorial Chapel.
Burial took place in the Blair cemetery.
Rev. H.O. Hartig of St. Peter's Lutheran Church officiated.
