- DICKIE, ELIZABETH (Nee Stewart)
On Sunday, August 1, 1915, after a short illness, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Tovell of Walker St. in Hespeler. Relict of James Dickie. She was in her 81st year and a well known and highly esteemed resident of Puslinch Township for many years. Survived by two daughters, Mrs. Tovell of Hespeler; Mrs. Ferguson of Vancouver; and one son, Thomas of Vancouver.

-Information from the marriage certificate of Jessie Dickie: Born in Puslinch c. 1867, married Hugh Ferguson, born c. 1864 at Glassary, Aberdeenshire, a rancher at Moose Jaw, on Jan. 11, 1899.
