  • Notes 
    • John S. Hamilton, 67 of 37 Centre St., Elmira, died today in St. Mary's Hospital after a short illness. He was born in Winterbourne and had lived in Elmira for the past eight years. Surviving are his wife, the former Florence Millard, a daughter, Mrs. Bernie (Marie) Billock of Sherwood Park, Alta., and three grandchildren. The body is at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlor in Elmira, where the funeral will be conducted Thursday at 2: 30 pm by Rev. E.F. Dorsch, minister of Emmanuel Evangelical United Brethren Church, Bridgeport. Interment will be in the Winterbourne Presbyterian Cemetery.
