Very unexpected was the death of Mr. Cranson K. Weber which occurred at his home on South Street after a short illness due to influenza which was not until near the end considered to be serious.
The late Mr. Weber was born near St. Jacobs, March 11, 1885. He did extensive farming until three years ago, when he moved to Elmira. He leaves to mourn him, his widow, two brothers, William of Kitchener, Nelson, of near Palmerston, and four sisters, Sarah (Mrs. Harvey Shantz) near Waterloo, Amanda (Mrs. Menno Lippert) of St. Jerome, P.Q., and Lizzie (Mrs. E. Haas) of near Baden, as well as his mother, Mrs. John L. Weber, of St. Jacobs.
