  Edward A. Ritter - By Record Correspondent - St. Jacobs, Jan. 4 - Edward A. Ritter, 59, died today at his residence here following a lengthy illness. Born in Woolwich Township, Jan. 21, 1893, he was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Ritter. He farmed near St. Jacobs until 1946 when he retired and moved into the village. Mr. Ritter was a member of St. James' Lutheran Church, St. Jacobs. He is survived by his wife, the former Lily Geisel; one son, Herbert; two sisters, Mrs. Henry Stroh and Mrs. Russell Hahn; three brothers, Gordon, Peter and Milton; and one granddaughter, all of St. Jacobs. The body is resting at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlor, Elmira, until Sunday at 1: 30 pm, when it will be removed to St. James' Church, St. Jacobs, where friends are requested to pay their respects before the funeral at 3 pm. Rev. H.H. Brose will conduct the service. Interment will be in the Lutheran Cemetery. Unidentified Newspaper Obituary
