    • Jacob O. Stroh, aged 85 years, a native of Woolwich township, passed away on Tuesday morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Geo. Holst, in Kitchener. The funeral took place this (Thursday) afternoon at two o'clock. Service was held in the St. Jacobs Lutheran Church where Rev. Mr. Wittig preached the sermon. Interment was made in the St. Jacobs cemetery.

      The late Mr. Stroh conducted a successful farm in Woolwich township, where he resided until four years ago, when he made his home with his daughter in Kitchener.

      Died At Kitchener, on Tuesday, Dec. 18, 1928, Jacob Stroh, aged 85 years, 3 months and 27 days. The Funeral Will be held from the residence of Mr. Geo. Holst, 246 Wellington St., Kitchener, at 2 o'clock P.M., on Thursday, Dec. 20, 1928, from there to the St. James Lutheran Church, St Jacobs, for service, thence to the Lutheran cemetery, St. Jacobs, for interment. Friends and acquaintances will please accept this intimation.
