- Brubacher, Stanley, son of Dilman and Louisa (Cressman) Brubacher, was born in Waterloo Co., Ont., Dec. 24, 1892; died in London, Ont., Jan. 11, 1986; aged 93 y. On Sept. 4, 1926, he was married to Bernice Shantz, who survives. Also surviving are 2 sons (John and Glen), 2 daughters (Margaret - Mrs. Cecil Ashley, and Elaine), 10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and one sister (Ida - Mrs. Enoch Bauman). He was preceded in death by one brother and 2 sisters. He was a member of Erb Street Mennonite Church, where funeral services were held on Jan. 14, in charge of Wilmer Martin and Ray Zimmerman; interment in Roseville Cemetery.
