    • BAUMAN, Ion - Peacefully, on Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2004, at St. Mary's General Hospital, Ion Bauman, in his 77th year, of Wallenstein.Husband of the late Katie (Bowman) Bauman (1999). Lovingly remembered by his two sisters, Ada and Ira Sauder of Wallenstein, Adeline and Harvey Bauman of Linwood; one brother, Elo and Susannah Bauman of RR 4, Elmira; sister-in-law, Verna Bauman of Millbank. Also missed by Alice Martin and a number of nieces and nephews and their families. Predeceased by his parents, Edwin and Maude Bauman; one brother, Elmer Bauman (2000) and brother-in-law, Ervin Martin.Friends may call at theDreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira today (Friday) from 2-4 p.m. Transfer will then be made to his home in Wallenstein for visitation this evening (Friday) from 6-9 p.m. where family service will be held on Saturday morning, November 6 at 9 a.m. then to South Peel Mennonite Meeting House for further public service and burial in the adjoining cemetery.
