• Notes

  The many friends of the late Mrs. Peter Berges, were sorry to hear of her death on Wednesday evening last week, after only a short illness. The deceased, who had resided for a number of years just on the outside limits of the village, was well-known and highly respected by all who were acquainted with her. The funeral which took place on Saturday to the St. Clements cemetery, was largely attended. The deceased is survived by a sorrowing husband and five children, who mourn the loss of a kind and devoted companion and mother. They have the sympathy of the whole community.
