  Mrs. Albert Kurtz at RR 1 Ariss, died April 12 at Joseph's Hospital, Guelph, where she had been confined for the past six weeks. She was 73. Born at Maryhill, Mrs. Kurtz was the former Helen Edith Schell, She had lived in the same area throughout her life and was a member of St. Boniface RC Church at Maryhill and the Calholic Women's League. Surviving, In addltion to her husband, are four sons, Gerald and Ralph of Guelph, and James and Wilfred of Arias; three daughters, Mrs. Ronald (Dorothy) Hail of Guelph, Mrs. James (Rita) Tracey of Port Huron, Mich., and Mrs. Richard (Irene) Laidaw of Trenton; a sister, Mrs. Irene Readwin Calgary; four brothers, Leonard of Kitchener, Louis of Maryhill, George of Hespeler and Wilfredof Guelph; 27 grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was prececeased by a brother, Alex of Edmonton. Requiem high mass was at St. Boniface RC Church, Mary Monday. Burial was in St. Boniface cemetery, Maryhill.
