- GRAHAM, C. Edwin -- C. Edwin Graham, 51, of 246 State St., Waterloo, died at Victoria Hospital London, Ont., today following a brief illness. He was born at Cobden, Ont., July 12, 1914, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Graham. He had been living in the twin Cities for the past 10 years and had been employed by the Kitchener parking authority for 2 1/2 years. He served overseas during the Second World War with the Royal Canadian Engineers. At the time of his death he was a staff sergeant with the 48th Field Engineers Squadron. He is survived by his wife, the former Isabel Ireton whom he married in 1941, three sons, Robert and James of Waterloo, Joseph of St. Mary's, one daughter, Mrs. James (Barbara) Steele of Kitchener; four brothers, Arthur of Grimsby Beach, Wendell of Guelph, Raymond of Orillia and a twin brother Irwin of Braeside, Ont.; four sisters, Mrs. Lloyd Connoly of Shawville, Que., Mrs. Frank Rooot of Hillsburg, Mrs. Edward Wylie of North Tonawanda, N.Y., Mrs. George Dodge of Guelph, and one grandson. He was predeceased by a daughter, sally and a brother Harold. The body will be at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home after noon on Friday where Rev. F.B. Davison of Benton St. Baptist Church will conduct the funeral at 2 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be Mount Hope cemetery, Waterloo.
