- Benjamin Shupe, "the youngest son of old John and Elizabeth (Diefenbach) Shupe, was married to Sarah Ann Master who was born January 23rd, 1816, and died December 4th, 1881. They resided in Indiana, U.S., where he died some time ago. They had a family of several children but are all dead save one."
