    • WILHELM STAHLBAUM

      Wilhelm Stahlbaum, 85, of Elmira at K-W Hospital Saturday after lengthy illness. Born in Woolwich Township Feb. 10, 1880, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Stahlbaum. He retired from farming In 1945 and lived In Elmira since that time.

      Survivors include his wife, the former Clara Oswald; three daughters. Mrs. Israel (Oleda) Lichty, Mrs. Edgar (Florence) Esch, both of Kitchener, and George of Elmira; one sister, Mrs. Catherine Mickus of Elmira; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. One brother and two sisters predeceased him.

      The body rested at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlor where the service was conducted Tuesday at 3 p.m. Burial was In the Elmira Cemetery. Rev. Frank Malinsky officiated.
