    • Died At Elmira, Ont. Sunday, July 18th, 1915 Magdalena Miller beloved wife of Jacob Steffler Aged 67 years, 5 months and 26 days. The Funeral will be held from her late residence on Factory Street, on Tuesday afternoon, July 20th, at two o'clock, to St. James Church for service, then to St. James Cemetery for burial. Friends and acquaintances please accept this intimation

      MRS. JACOB STEFFLER.

      There passed away at her home here on Sunday morning Magdalena Miller, beloved wife of Mr. Jacob Steffler. Deceased was born in Woolwich township on January 21st, 1848, and was married to her now sorrowing husband on October 25th, 1870. To them were born 6 children, namely, Louisa, who was married to Christian Ziegler and died in 1908; Mary Ann (Mrs. John L. Ziegler), Guelph, Laura, who died when six years old; Emma (Mrs. Chas. F. Roehr), Berlin; Enoch, of Berlin,; Lincoln, at home. Eleven grandchildren also survive the deceased. The family lived for some years on a farm about 4 miles southeast of Elmira. After several changes of habitation they finally came to Elmira in 1904 and have lived here ever since. Mrs. Steffler was a quiet, friendly neighbor and a kind and loving wife and mother. She had been ailing for about six weeks but was able to be up until a couple of days befom her death. The funeral was held on Tuesday afternoon, and was attended by a large number of relatives and friends.
