  • Notes
    • A young life was suddenly snuffed out on Saturday, Oct. 12th, when Miss Matilda Ann Jupp, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Jupp sr., passed away at the age of eighteen years. She was a bright cheerful girl well-liked by all her companions. She had always been a delicate girl, but during the past few months she gradually grew weaker till the end came. She leaves, to mourn her loss, her parents, one brother John, of Waterloo, his wife and their children, as well as the large circle of other friends. The funeral took place on Tuesday, Oct. 15th, from her parents' home to the church, where service was held after which interment took place in the local cemetery. Among the floral offerings was one from Mrs. C.D. Bowman's Sunday school class of girls of which the deceased was a member.
