• Notes

  The funeral service was held in Innistall, Alta., Feb. 13 for Harry J. Steiss of Westward Ho, Alta., formerly of Heidelberg, Ont., who died Feb, 10 in hospital at Didsbury. He was 82. Mr. Stetss was born at Heidelberg, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Louis Steiss. He went to Westward Ho. In 1918 and returned to Heidelberg in 1924. He and his wife operated Heidelberg and Petersburg hotels for several years. They returned to their farm at Westward Ho in 1932. Surviving are his wife, the former Annie Koch, who is living at the Rosen Haven Hospital, Camrose, Alta,, and two brothers, Ezra of Bamberg and Emmanuel of St. Clements.
