- Percy G. Peppler
Percy G. Peppler, 61, of 230 Herbert St., Waterloo, died Tuesday at K-W Hospital after a month's illness. He lived in Waterloo for 10 years and previously farmed at Heidelberg for many years.
He was born Nov. 6, 1895, at Heidelberg. son of the late Enoch Peppler and the former Augusta Veitel. He was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Heidelberg, and was a member of the church board for 12 years.
Surviving are his wife, the former Vera Derbecker; two daughters. Mrs. Harold (Eleanor) Good of Kitchener and Mrs. Edward (Bernice) Scott of Waterloo and three grandchildren. Three brothers and six sisters predeceased him.
The body will be at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, Waterloo, until noon Friday, then at St. Peter's Church, Heidelberg, where the funeral will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery, Heidelberg. Rev. Paul W. Brouse will officiate.
