  Mrs. J. T. Henderson Passes - The death occurred in Galt Hospital on Monday of Mrs. J. T. Henderson, Hall St., in her 73rd year. The former Jessie Young Mathison, she was born in Ayr, the daughter of Alexander Mathison and Isabella Reid. She lived here during most of her lifetime, but also resided in Woodstock and Mount Albert. During recent years she had spent the summer months at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Kingsbery Foster at Derby, Vermont. Mrs. Henderson was a member of Knox United Church. Her husband predeceased her in 1926. Burial was made in Ayr Cemetery today (Wednesday). The Ayr News May 16 1940
