  GEORGE JOHNSON George Johnson, 21 Thomas St., died Thursday in South Waterloo Memorial Hospital. He was 74. Born in England, he was a resident of Hespeler for A years. He was employed in Artex Woollens before retiring in 1970. He was a member of Knox Presbyterian Church in Preston. He is survived by his wife, the former Dora Letson; a son Ronald of Guelph; a step-son, Floyd Fry; two daughters, Mrs. Floyd .Jean) Gehman, of R.R. 6 Guelph, and Mrs. Dean (Joyce) Hatfield of Cambridge; two step-daughters, Mrs. Lila Dobberthein of Guelph and Mrs. Frank (Shirley) O'Connor of Waterloo; a brother Albert of Mitchell and three sisters in England. Friends will be received at Little's Funeral Home, 39 Grand Ave. N., where services will be conducted Saturday at 4:30 p.m. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens. Breslau.
