  Death of Margaret Kay (Galt Evening Reporter, August 20) The death occurred last night at the residence of her son, William, Oak street, of Mrs. Margaret Kay in her 75th year. Mrs. Kay was born in Scotland and had been in Canada 54 years, most of which she had spent in Ayr, but for the last 8 years she had resided in Galt. In religion she was a Presbyterian. Surviving are: one son, William, and two daughters, Mrs. William Robinson and Miss Mary, all of Galt. The funeral will take place on Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock from Allen and Ray's undertaking parlors to the Ayr cemetery. The Ayr News Aug 25 1927 pg 1
