Notes |
- Of the latter the death of Mrs. O. T. Falls at Regina, Sask., on the 17th inst. Created deep regret and much sympathy for her aged father, Dr. Wm. Lovett, who has been thrice sorely bereaved with him as many months. Mrs. Falls was born in Ayr in 1875 and has a wide circle of friends here. Her sociability and fine character was esteem everywhere. She married about 18 years ago and went west with her husband and family in 1906. Besides her husband, two sons, William and Frederick also survive, as well as her father, two brothers and a sister. The brothers, Major James and Corp. Morton Lovett, are overseas, and the sister, Mrs. D. Petrie, resides in Ayr. Two brothers, Wm. and Dr. Alpheus, predeceased her. Interment took place at Regina on Saturday.

_____________
Mrs. Falls
Regina citizens will deeply sympathize with O. T. Falls, building inspector for Regina, and the members of his family in their bereavement through the death yesterday of Mrs. Falls, who fell a victim of influenza. Owing to the fact that the remainder of the family are ill with the same malady a short service of a private nature will be held at the home, Cornwall street today and the funeral service will take place at Speers' undertaking home at two o'clock Saturday afternoon. Mrs. Falls leaves her husband and two sons, Will and Fred. Her father, Dr. Lovett, and a sister reside at Ayr, Ontario. Two brothers are overseas and another brother, Dr. Lovett, of Paris, Ontario, died only a month or two ago. Mrs. Falls, who was a young lady of the finest type came west from Ayr 11 years ago and was held in the highest regard by a host of friends, both in the east and west. She was a faithful member of Knox church and took a keen interest in the various actvities of the church.
