      WELLESLEY. Sept. 24. -The death occurred Saturday of Jobst Neumeister at the home of his son George on the 5th line. Wellesley Township, as a result of stroke and heart failure. Mr. Neumeister, a retired farmer was born Wilmot township on Nov. 16, 1848, and was therefore 84 years, 10 months and 24 days of age. He attended John's Lutheran Church at Poole.

      Surviving are his children. Mrs. Leonard Shade, Baden, Mrs. John Schmidt, Milverton, Mr. Ed. Pepper. Kitchener. George Wellesley township, Louis in Linwood, Julius on the homestead. One, daughter predeceased him 26 years ago and second two weeks ago in the Canadian northwest. One brother George, Milverton, also survives.

      Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon from the home on the 5th line at 1.30 o'clock followed by services at St. John's Church In Poole. Interment will take place in the adjoining cemetery, Rev. C. A. Kramer, Wellesley, will officiate.
