- Kipfer.-Anna, daughter of the late Daniel and Magdalena Brenneman, was born in South East Hope, Ont., Dec. 30, 1874; passed away at the home of her son, after a lingering illness, June 16, 1947; aged 72 y. 5 m. 16 d. In her youth she accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Saviour and united with the Amish Mennonite Church. In 1900 she was married to Menno Kipfer, who survives. Also surviving are one son (Edward) and one brother (Peter). One sister (Barbara) predeceased her. She and her husband moved from East Zorra to Kitchener in 1945. She served the church faithfully and well in her capacity as a minister's wife. Services were held on June 19 at the Keffer Funeral Home, Kitchener, Ont., in charge of Henry Jantzi, and at the Seventeenth Line A.M. Church, East Zorra, Ont., in charge of Dan Wagler, Dan Jutzi and Merle Shantz. Interment was made in the adjoining cemetery.
