      Found in the Land Registry Office, in Kitchener, Ontario Instrument: 5311, registered on February 21, 1919.

      The last Will and Testament of Henry Strub of the Township of Wilmot in the County of Waterloo and Province of Ontario, Farmer, made this twenty-sixth day of July in the year of Our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.

      CONTENTS OF WILL

      My wife Gertrude shall have the use of all the income derived out of any mortgage or mortgages, note or notes, Bank Deposits, ready cash and also the income derived out of any principal paid on my farm of one hundred acres be the same more or less (which said farm is sold to my son Emil) during my said wife's lifetime. Any payments of principal on said farm by my son Emil are to be made to my said wife Gertrude and should such income as aforesaid not be sufficient for the keeping of my said wife then she shall have the full authority to use as much as she requires from any of the principal as aforesaid during her whole lifetime. After the death of my said wife the remainder of my estate shall be divided among all my children then living, equally share and share alike. And I nominate and appoint Louis Zimmer of the Village of St. Agatha in the County of Waterloo. Wagonmaker, and my son Emil Strub of the Township of Wilmot in the County of Waterloo, Farmer, to be executors of this my last Will and Testament.

      Transcript of Codicil

      This is a Codicil to within will.

      I give a special legacy of five hundred dollars to my son Emil, and this shall be allowed to him on agreement of sale of my farm to him. I also appoint my wife executrix in addition to my son and my friend Louis Zimmer.
