    • DEATH OF MRS. R. PATRICK.

      The many Berlin friends of Mrs. Robert Patrick, the well known bowler and rifle shot, will regret to learn of the death of his wife, which is recorded in the Galt Reformer ol Wednesday, as follows:

      The very sudden and unexpected death occurred last evening at 9.45 of Sara Mahler, beloved wife of Mr. Robert Patrick, proprietor of the Albion Hotel.

      Deceased sat down to her supper table at about 6.30 with her husband in the best of health, but before she had commenced to eat, fell over and had to be carried to bedroom. Medical aid was her summoned and everything possible was done, but she never regained conciousness, and passed away about 9.15. The cause of death, at said to be due to the bursting of a blood vessel in the head.

      The late Mrs. Patrick was in her 61st. year and was born in Preston. She had lived all her life around this vicinity and was held in the highest of esteem by her many friends.

      She was a woman of very kind and gentle nature and was beloved by all who came in contact with her. The news of her sudden death will be a great shock to her wide circle of friends, who will sympathize with the family in their sad bereavement.

      The late Mrs. Patrick was a great sportswoman, going to Muskoka every year with her husband, hunting and shooting, and was making preparatians for the annual trip to Muskoka.

      Besides a sorrowing husband, deceased is survived by a family four children and two sisters. The children are: Mrs. H. Leirsch, Vancouver, B. C. Mrs. Stewart, Brandon Man., Robert, Metcalfe St. Galt, and James at home, and the sisters are: Mrs. W- Yeaman, Rose street, and Mrs. Walker, Detroit. In religion deceased was a Presbyterian.
