  Dr. Robert Gordon Struthers (1888-1976) was a medical missionary to China who served in the Chinese Labour Corps in World War I. He was born in Galt, Ontario and graduated from the Medical College, University of Toronto in 1914; he served in the Chinese Labour Corps in France, 1917-1919, then went to China, where he served as a medical missionary until he was brought back to Canada during World War II.
