    • MRS. DANIEL B. MARTIN

      Mrs. Judith Martin, RR 1, Wallenstein, widow of Daniel B. Martin, died Sunday, Jan. 17 at her home. She was 81.

      Born Dec. 4, 1878 in Woolwich Township, she was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. David Gingrich. Her husband died in 1949.

      Surviving are four stepdaughters, Mrs. Elias (Magdelena) Gingrich of RR 2, West Montrose; Mrs. Ephriam L. (Hettie) Martin of RR 2, Drayton; Mrs. Ishmael (Rachel) Bowman of Foradale and Miss Mary Ann Martin at home; a stepson, Samuel H. Martin of RR 1, Wallenstein; three brothers, Elias Gingrich of RR 2, West Montrose, Joseph of RR 2, Drayton, and Enos of RR 1, Elmira; 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Four brothers and three sisters predeceased her.

      The body was at her home, RR 1, Wallenstein, where the funeral was conducted at 9 a.m. Wed- nesday, followed by a service at South Peel Mennonite meeting house. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.
