- Amos D. Martin, "was born August 4th, 1838. He was married in January 1861, to Esther, daughter of David and Esther (Martin) Musselman. She was born November 18th, 1842. They resided on a farm near Conestogo where he died November 29th, 1871. They had a family of three children"
