  THOS. J. MCKEON There died in Galt, on Friday, at 8: 30 p.m., after a lingering illness of two years, Thomas J. McKeon., aged 29 years, 11 months and 12 days. Deceased was born in Ireland and came to America when about 10 years old and for about 12 years, lived near Boston, About 7 years ago he came to Galt and secured a situation with the Goldie McCulloch Company, in whose employment he remained until about two months ago, when on account of illness he had to give up work entirely. He leaves a wife and one child to mourn his loss. The funeral took place from his late residence, on South Water street on Sunday, at 2: 30 o'clock, to the R. C. cemetery and was very largely attended. The I. C. B. U., of which society he was a member, marched in a body to the last resting place of their departed brother.
