• Notes

  Rev. Adam G. King was born aboard a ship in the Atlantic Ocean while his parents were enroute to the United States. He was pastor at a church in New Delphi, New York for twenty years before coming to Galt on July 24, 1888 to become the minister of First Presbyterian Church. Rev.
