  ELLIS, SARAH ELIZABETH (Nee Clemens) Mrs. Carl Ellis, on Saturday, January 30, 1954, at the Elmira Nursing Home. Her residence was at R. R. #1, Hespeler. Mrs. Ellis was born at Blenheim, ON, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Clemens. She was a member of the Hespeler United Church and the Jubilee Women's Institute at Glen Christie. Surviving are her husband and two brothers, Gerald of Long Branch and Wilfred of Grosse Point, Ml. The funeral was held on Tuesday afternoon from the Stager Funeral Home on Galt St. in Hespeler. Rev. M. G. McFarlane officiated. Pallbearers: Leonard Burton, Wilfred Becker and Ivan Gingrich, all of R. R. #2, Preston; Harold Clemens, Clarence Rudy and Irvin Bechtel of R. R. #1, Hespeler. Interment took place in Rockwood Cemetery.
