Berlin [Kitchener, Ont.]: [s.n.]. __________________ A Wedding Party A very pleasing ceremony took place last Tuesday afternoon at the house of Mr. Samuel Hallman of Blenheim, when his youngest daughter Samantha was united in marriage, by Rev. Jacob Detweiler, to Mr. Oliver Betzner of Natchez. The bride was supported by her cousin, Miss Sylvia Bingeman, of Berlin, while Mr. Ephraim Betzner, the bridegroom's brother performed a similar duty for him. The ceremony was witnessed by some seventy of the nearest relatives and friends of the contracting parties, after which a sumptuous supper was served. During the evening the gathering was entertained by vocal and instrumental music, after which the bridal party drove to Berlin where amid showers of rice they boarded the midnight train intending to take a trip to Grand Rapids, in which place they will remain for a few days.
