Abraham C. Hallman
Following an accident which befell him on his farm on Tuesday morning, there passed away about 12 o'clock on Wednesday, one of the County's leading and most widely known citizens, in the unexpected death of Mr. Abraham C. Halman, of near Breslau.
On Tuesday morning while Putting up a plank on top of the silo, he accidentally fell down the inside to the cement floor beneath, a distance of about 36 feet, fracturing his ankle and sustaining internal injuries which terminated fatally.
Mr. Hallman was an up-to-date farmer and cattle breeder and a model citizen. He served his township well in public office, having been reeve of the township and a member of the County Council for a number of years. He was about 60 years of age at the time of his death.
