    • Miss Hood Dies, In City 35 Years

      Miss Ethel Anna Hood, of 510 Sixth avenue west, died in hospital here Sunday morning, following a brief illness. She was born in Galt, Ontario, and had lived in Calgary for 35 years.

      Miss Hood had been a bookkeeper with the National Drug Company for 29 years, previous to which she had been with Glanville's store. She was a member of the Business and Professional Women's Club and of Knox United church.

      Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. W. W. Wilkinson of Galt, Ontario, and Mrs. W. R. Thom of Los Angeles; three brothers, Robert B. and Arthur A. of Calgary, and William J. of Brampton, Ontario.
