Saturday, March 24, from the C.P.R. depot to the. Lutheran Church where services were conducted by Rev. P. R. G. Pfeiffer, after which interment took Place in the Lutheran cemetery. Mr. Rosger was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Julius E. Rosger, of Linwood, and was born in Muskoka 38 years ago. Particulars regarding his death are at present somewhat but he died somewhere in the Hudson Bay district where for the past three years he had been a trapper, and hunter in the wilds of Northern Manitoba and prior to that he had been trapping and hunting in Northern Ontario. He was not married. He was a member of Lodge No. 461, I.O.O.F., Matheson. The members of Linwood Lodge, No. 359, I.O.O.F., took charge of the remains when they arrived at the C.P.R. station from Manitoba, the pallbearers being James Beggs, Oscar Lanz, Jos. Ament, Robt White, Arthur Peebles and John W. Burnett Flowers were sent by the family, John Heinbuch and Arthur Hawk.. Besides his father and mother, heis survived by four sisters, Miss Hilda Rosger, of Linwood; Mrs. Leslie Wright, of Dorking; Miss Annie Rosger, of Detroit, and Mrs. George Johnston, of Winnipeg, and four brothers, namely: Wesley, of Linwood; Ernest, of Detroit; Clarence, of Winnipeg, and Fred, of Langrath, Manitoba.
