    • CHRISTIAN KISCHEL

      The death took place Saturday morning of Christian Kischel, aged 58 years, at his home in Kitchener following a short illness. He was born in East Prussia, Germany, and came to Canada with his parents when four years of age. The family settled at Baden, then moving to Galt where they resided for 30 years. Mr. Kischel had spent the past four years in Kitchener. He married a daughter of Daniel Ritz of New Hamburg who survived him, together with four daughters, Mrs. Joseph Henman of Kitchener, Mrs. D. I. Hamilton of Hamilton, Clara and Lorna at home Three brothers August and Fred of Toronto, God-fried of Los Angeles and one sister, Miss Louise Kischel of Baden also survive. The funeral was held on Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock to the Baden Lutheran cemetery.
