Edwin D. Hallman, 79, of RR2 Kitchener (Williamsburg) died Thurs. at St. Mary's Hospital after a brief illness. Born Feb. 1, 1875 in Mannheim, he was a s/o the late Mr. and Mrs. Levi Hallman. He farmed at Williamsburg for many years. His wife, the former Lydia Stauffer, predeceased him in Aug. 1938. Surviving are a son, Orville, RR1 Blair; a daughter, Mrs. Fred (Aileene) Harding of Williamsburg; four brothers, Archie and Melancthon D. of Kitchener, Harry of New Dundee and Wesley of Hespeler; two sisters, Mrs. Elsina Stauffer of Crossfield, Alta. and Mrs. Isaiah Eby of Williamsburg. Five grandchildren also survive. A daughter, Dorothy, also predeceased him. . . .
