    • Daniel H. Hallman, "was born November 13th, 1865. He resides in Portage-la-Prairie, Manitoba, where he is in the services of the C.P.R.R. company. He is unmarried."

      According to a post card written to Cyrus Hallman, (Daniel's brother) by Belle "Dan is in N.P. Sanitarium in Brainerd Minnesota , well as can be expected." It is dated June 10th, 1909 incoming to Ayr Ontario . The Hallman Family History says Daniel died as result of train accident; Brainerd Sanitarium is a hospital for railway accident victims. Two sons: Bruce Hallman; born; November 1900, Manitoba Canada & Kenneth Hallman; born; 4 July 1909, Minnesota USA died February 1979, Massachusetts USA.
