    • Death of Mr. Robert Miller

      We regret to be called upon today to announce the death of this well-known citizen, which took place at his residence, Cambridge Street, on Tuesday afternoon last. Mr. Miller's death was somewhat sudden. He was seized with inflammation of the lungs on Saturday last, and the disease rapidly progressed until the fatal termination was reached on the afternoon mentioned. The announcement of his death was a great shock to his many friends, for but few were aware that he was ill. After the death of his father - Mr. Wm. Miller, baker - the deceased carried on the business for some years with great success, but of late has been working at Messrs. Goldie & McCulloch's. He was of an active, warm-hearted disposition, and made many friends who deeply regret to learn of his death. He was aged 46 years, was twice married, and leaves a widow and small family to mourn his loss. They are, however, well provided for.
