- It is with great sadness that the family of Ronald Bingeman announces his passing on June 2, 2022, at Grand River Hospital in Kitchener, Ontario, at the age of 83. Devoted husband to Sandra Bingeman (nee Lutz) for 60 years. Loving father to Murray (Linda), Greg (Connie), and Mike. Dear grandpa to Jeremy (Kristen), Nicole (Mike), Matthew (Molly), Erin Lee (Gord), and Eric (Alexis). Beloved great-grandfather to Lennon, Zander, Noah, and Solomon. Predeceased by his parents Hilda Arndt and Laverne Bingeman and stepmother Dora. Ron will also be greatly missed by his siblings, Terry (Late Diane), Shirley (Rick), Carl (Ruth), and Patricia (Rick) as well as Sandra's siblings, Arlene (Clare), Marlene (Late George), Janet (Bill), and Linda (Brian), mother-in-law Dorothy and many nieces and nephews. Ron was a dedicated employee of Colonial Cookies in Kitchener, Ontario, for 34 years. Ronald's family will receive relatives and friends from 9:30 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. on Saturday, June 11 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A Memorial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 11 with a reception to follow. Interment to take place at Williamsburg Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Grand River Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
