  RUTKOWSKI, Martha \endash Passed away peacefully at home at Trinity Village on Thursday, June 9, 2011 at the age of 91 years. Martha is predeceased by her beloved husband, Ernst (1988). She is survived by family in Germany. Martha will be fondly remembered by her dear friend, Marianne Schrum and family and the many close friends who became her family. Born in Germany, Martha and Ernst came to Canada in 1951, settling in Kitchener, where Martha worked at J.M. Schneider for over 30 years before her retirement. She was a resident at Trinity Village for several years and she will be missed. Friends will be received at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. West, on Saturday from 12 noon until 1pm, when a service celebrating Martha's life will take place in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be at Woodland Cemetery, with a reception to follow at the Ratz-Bechtel Family Centre. For those who wish, memorial donations to honour Martha's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre.
