  Mr. Sylvester Ziegler, 82, of Floradale, died in Kitchener-Waterloo Hospital Tuesday, Nov. 16, after a lengthy illness. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Peter Ziegler. He was born April 3, 1883, and was a member of the Floradale Mennonite Church. He blacksmithed until his retirement in 1955. He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Jane Shoemaker; one daughter, Mrs. Ernest (Florence) Stickney, RR #2, Drayton; two grandchildren; one brother, Noah, RR #1, Elmira; one sister, Mrs. Milton (Elizabeth) Bechtel, of Kitchener; one son and two brothers predeceased him. The remains are at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlor until Thursday noon, when removal will be made to his home in Floradale until Friday at 11 a.m. when removal will be made to the Mennonite Church for funeral services at 3 p.m. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
