Born in Kitchener on September 13, 1946, he was the son of the late Mary (Horst) and Freeman Gingrich. Husband of Marion Gingrich (Nevard). Father of Pamela Gingrich, Peter Gingrich and his wife Isabelle. Grandfather to Julia and Eric. Brother of David Gingrich and his wife Judy. Predeceased by his stepfather Lorne Shantz, brother Ron Gingrich, sister Kathleen Gingrich and sister-in-law Lois Gingrich. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
